It's formulated with herbs traditionally used to lighten moments of irritability, lift a heavy mood, calm nervous tension, or settle a racing or busy mind when it won't quiet down. And, not in a sleepy way... in more of a keep-calm-carry-on kind of way. The chaos feels a little quieter, the mind feels a little clearer, and you just feel ready to shed the grump, let go of the overwhelm, and get back to tackling the day.  Think of it like a cup of chamomile tea for the days when you don't have time to sit down and drink one! And yes, it's great for teens as well. 

HOW TO USE IT: This one doesn't really matter where you put it (wherever is most convenient at the time you need it)! Belly, neck & shoulders, thighs, feet... or even simply up your arms. Just grab an almond-sized scoop and massage it in.

TIP: Have a hard time shutting your brain off so you can sleep, or do you wake up rehashing all the things you had on your mind before you went to sleep? FAQ'S

WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE? The shelf life of my salves is 1-2 years; however you'll enjoy the most medicinal benefit within the first year.

HOW MUCH SALVE SHOULD I USE? In general, consider using a "small glop" the size of a pump or two of lotion and apply over the affected area 1-2x daily as needed.

DOES IT STAIN CLOTHING? Be sure to massage the salve into your skin well, then allow a few minutes for it to absorb. If your clothing stains, consider using a little bit less or allow it to absorb longer before dressing.

STUDIES & COOL INFO

A randomized controlled trial combining lavender and chamomile aromatherapy showed decreased levels of depression, anxiety, and stress after nightly use for 30 days (LINK)

A 2021 meta-analysis of randomized clinical trials found that lemon balm significantly reduced anxiety and depression symptoms (SMD = –0.98 for anxiety; –0.47 for depression) with minimal side effects (LINK)

A placebo-controlled clinical study showed lavender oil reduced Hamilton Anxiety Scale scores by over 50%, performing similarly to lorazepam without sedative or addictive effects (LINK)
