FAQ'S

WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE? The shelf life of my salves is 1-2 years; however you'll enjoy the most medicinal benefit within the first year.

HOW MUCH SALVE SHOULD I USE? In general, consider using a "small glop" the size of a pump or two of lotion and apply over the affected area 1-2x daily as needed.

DOES IT STAIN CLOTHING? Be sure to massage the salve into your skin well, then allow a few minutes for it to absorb. If your clothing stains, consider using a little bit less or allow it to absorb longer before dressing.

A randomized controlled trial combining lavender and chamomile aromatherapy showed decreased levels of depression, anxiety, and stress after nightly use for 30 days (LINK)

Helps me and my kids chill.

Helpful at bedtime to help calm down for me and my older kids. My 4 year old still bounces off the walls until she passes out. During the day I use it a couple times and have my kids rub it on their wrists and behind their ears to stop the summer rage from hitting all of us. Very light scent and a absorbs nicely.

Wish I could give this more stars!

I struggle with anxiety. A lot. I have medication I take prn, but I try to use other things to calm the anxiety, such as oral St. John's Wort before I grab my script. When this salve was released and I saw all of the amazing ingredients, I knew I had to try it. It came in the mail - and something was said that caused me to inhale deeply and feel the anxiety start to creep in. I rubbed some of the Serenity salve on my wrists, behind my ears, and on my sternum. Within 10 minutes I realized that the anxiety wasn't increasing, but had lessened considerably and soon I was able to breathe normally and get on with my day. This is a salve that I will carry with me at all times!
