Love this. It is a cold season staple. I apply to my feet and chest in the morning. Depending on the evening, it may get reapplied before you going to bed. I also put it behind my ears before bed and it helped curb the nighttime coughing.

Let me just preface this- I take care of my elderly mother with dementia, and she receives foot care from a podiatrist every other month after I discovered she was neglecting caring for her feet.
