SHIPPING POLICY
ALLL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED VIA USPS FROM MONTPELIER, IDAHO.
ORDER PROCESSING:
While we ask that you allow us 5-7 business days to get your order out, most orders are shipped within 2-3 business days. We make fresh batches of our products weekly, so it might take an extra day or two to get products labeled, sealed, and packed up if we get behind.
WATCH FOR EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS:
Upon completing your transaction, you will receive an email receipt. Then, can expect another email with your tracking ID once your shipping label is printed. As a courtesy, you'll also get an email the morning your package is "out for delivery" - and a final email the moment it is scanned at delivery. These emails may land in your junk or spam folders, so be watching and expecting them. You can add support@bloomtobalm.com as an email contact and that improves the chance these emails arrive in your main inbox without interruption.
WE CURRENTLY ONLY OFFER SHIPPING IN THE US:
At checkout, you'll be presented with two shipping options: USPS Ground and USPS Priority. Rates are based on the estimated weight of your package and range from $4.99-$9.99. You will be able to choose your service and see your rate prior to checking out.
ORDERS ARE SHIPPED FROM SE IDAHO:
Your package is shipping from our office in SE Idaho. Intermountain West orders are typically delivered within 2-4 business days, but may take 6-7 business days to travel to the East Coast or South. Please take this into consideration when you select your shipping option. Ultimately, once we deliver your package to the Post Office, we are at the mercy of the "system". We have had incredible delivery success using USPS and are confident your package will arrive within the expected windows.
CAN I PLACE A RUSH ORDER - I NEED IT QUICK!!
For "rush" service, please do these two things: 1) Select Priority as your shipping option 2) Email me and let me know! I can then bump your order to the top of the pile. If you select Priority shipping and don't email me, it'll be processed like normal (just with Priority shipping).
DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES:
If you've been watching your tracking and it's not moving within the system, is stuck somewhere, or was marked lost, or was mis-delivered, please email me for assistance.
