FAQ'S

WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE? The shelf life of my salves is 1-2 years; however you'll enjoy the most medicinal benefit within the first year.

HOW MUCH SALVE SHOULD I USE? In general, consider using a "small glop" the size of a pump or two of lotion and apply over the affected area 1-2x daily as needed.

DOES IT STAIN CLOTHING? Be sure to massage the salve into your skin well, then allow a few minutes for it to absorb. If your clothing stains, consider using a little bit less or allow it to absorb longer before dressing.

Instant relief

I’ve been amazed at the instant relief I’ve gotten from this salve. My left arch is quite collapsed and my ankle has been bothering me quite a bit lately, so I decided to try the sample sized Strains & Sprains salve on it. Wow! Instant relief! It lasts for hours, too, so I’ve only needed to use the salve three times a day. I ordered a 2 ounce salve and and loving the relief I’m getting.

Awesome product!

My son hurt his wrist in practice the night before his race and my friend had him use this. It was still sore the next day but was able to race. By Monday he was good to go! I had to order some because it worked so good on him! Thank you!

I tried this salve for my tired achy muscles. It soothes both the skin and muscles which is very comforting.

This Salve is AMAZING!!!

I slipped on the ice and fell. My left leg and knee suffered a bad sprain and I wasn't able to walk around without the aid of a walker. After suffering for two days like that, I remembered I had this salve and thought I would try it. I'm amazed at how well this has helped with the swelling and pain! Although it's still a little tender as it heals, I'm able to walk now without having to use the walker. Thank you for this wonderful salve. I just ordered more to keep on hand for future use.

Tis the season

Football season is upon us and we're at two - three games a week with three kids playing. This salve has been a game changer for post game sore and stiff muscles. I love that it eases the stress and soreness for them.
