HOW MUCH SALVE SHOULD I USE? In general, consider using a "small glop" the size of a pump or two of lotion and apply over the affected area 1-2x daily as needed.

WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE? My products are best used with a year of purchase.

DO SALVES STAIN CLOTHING? Be sure to massage the salve into your skin well, then allow a few minutes for it to absorb. If your clothing stains, consider using a little bit less or allow it to absorb longer before dressing.

✱ YOUNG CHILDREN & BABIES: Any product that contains eucalyptus, camphor, or peppermint essential oils or menthol crystals is not suitable for young children or babies.

SAD FACT: Petroleum-based products can feel moisturizing at first, but often create a barrier that doesn’t allow the skin to breathe or heal—this leads to that classic “apply more and more” cycle. Natural ingredients like butters, herb-infused oils, and beeswax help nourish rather than mask the issue.
