HOW TO USE IT: It doesn't really matter where you put this salve on (wherever is most convenient at the time you need it)! Belly, neck & shoulders, thighs, feet... or even simply up your arms. Just grab an almond-sized scoop and massage it in.

FAQ: How to get HIM to use it? Say... "Hey, Babe. You had a long day and seem stressed. Let me rub this on your back and shoulders." At least... that's how it started at our house! It works so well on my Grizz, he now just puts it on himself when he feels the pressure building. 😉 

GET BETTER SLEEP: Getting restful sleep is so important for stress management; and we all know that poor sleep certainly doesn't promote a great attitude! So, whether tossing and turning or restless legs or nighttime charlie horses interrupt your precious hours of sleep, an almond-sized scoop of Dande-Mag Cream on your legs or feet before bed can make a huge difference! FAQ'S

HOW MUCH SALVE SHOULD I USE? In general, consider using a "small glop" the size of a pump or two of lotion and apply over the affected area 1-2x daily as needed.

WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE? My products are best used with a year of purchase.

DO SALVES STAIN CLOTHING? Be sure to massage the salve into your skin well, then allow a few minutes for it to absorb. If your clothing stains, consider using a little bit less or allow it to absorb longer before dressing.

A randomized controlled trial combining lavender and chamomile aromatherapy showed decreased levels of depression, anxiety, and stress after nightly use for 30 days (LINK)
